Home from home experience. I just love the hotel and the staff. They are warm and welming. From the manager to receptionists to the maintenence.i want to list the names of people.
Serif GM, George, Marjan, Tatian in reception, Dorota in the restaurant and last but not least, Steve, maintenance. I have been staying at the hotel for several years now. Over the years I've had several positive experiences with everyone mentioned above. The rooms are clean and tidy, but communication with non fluent English room attendants can be somewhat challenging. The food is well presented and customer service efficient. Whenever I come through the automatic doors into the hotel, I sigh a relief like, home at last. Keep up the good work Sutton Premier Inn!Home from home experience. "A great experience every time"
Been here a few times and, keep coming back because of the high standard of cleanliness, hospitality and professionalism. Rooms are quiet and well maintained. Staff are polite and ready to assist. Set in a good location, off the high street. Good transportation links. A lovely hotel!

Great place, nice steak house restaurant, very comfy beds, clean rooms, free wifi and friendly staff. Very peaceful too. 11/10 will stay again.

"Disappointed"
The location was great, the room clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The biggest downfall and extremely important was that we were not informed that overnight workman would be digging the road up outside and rebuilding/tarmacadam put down. The noise was horrendous even though we were on the 5th floor... the vibration was felt throughout as we were on the corner of the building. To say I was extremely disappointed/annoyed was an understatement.... we chose an overnight stay as this was only a 2 mile journey this morning for my partner to attend 3 appointments at The Royal Marsden and as we travelled from Bristol it was important to start the day refreshed. I feel as a customer we should of been informed

Stayed here 2 days beginning of May. Was greeted with a welcoming smile by Marjan. Even the following day a polite acknowledgement from him and other members of staff & management.
The hotel is located 5-10min walk from Sutton station. Parking nearby at £7 overnight if a guest. Although on a busy road, there was no road noise. Room was a good size (twin) and clean.
Breakfast was the only downside, no flavour & a bit cold, but was their last sitting to be fair.
