"Great stay and nice staff"
I had a deluxe room which was very comfortable and on the top floor so very quiet. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great and good value with the 2course meal deal. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel now last week Tuesday to Friday and this week Sunday and checkout Friday. I have found the rooms space appropriate, I have requested a room clean everyday which has been complete. I have a room with a view of the train station, surprisingly no noise though overnight. Wi fi doesn’t work at all if on the free version. I have had a meal deal and food is a lot of chips but the breakfast is good and the service is fantastic at bar and perticuarly at breakfast when you are met with a warm welcome and smile everyday from Yasodara Great stay over all!
"No sleep!!!!"
Our bedroom and lobby were like a furnace. We were under the impression that the room had air-con as you would expect as standard. Unfortunately not. We were told the aircon was broken in reception (which was fair enough as they were trying to get it fixed) but it meant we couldn’t use the bar/restaurant. We were with elderly relatives that really suffered as there was no air in the room as the windows didn’t open either. It was a shame as the location was ideal for our trip but it just spoilt the whole weekend. We will not return there.

We had a great stay, where we felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The tube is very close to the hotel. Will definitely go again.
