"Beautiful stay"

Great location. We Went to go see take that with my mom, everything was lovely the breakfast was amazing the chef even came out and spoke to us. The only down side was that when we went to check in the foh staff he was more interested in his phone and spoke with attitude and my room wasnt even allocated .

"Yucky hotel, great location."

Location 5 star and that’s where the positive ends. Great location for the Olympic stadium and shopping, restaurants, transport links. However I have never come across a hotel (other Premier Inns included) that lacked the bare basics. No phone in the room, no regular housekeeping (you had to go down to reception to request it, not even a sign for you to hang on your door requesting it), ONE bath towel for two people for two nights, nowhere to hang the hand towel, no cups (plastic or otherwise) in the bathroom, no safe. The bathroom had no extractor fan/it didn’t work. The place was soaked after a shower, I had to dry off all my toiletries from condensation, the plughole in the sink didn’t work so the sink was full of water for the weekend. Now if there was a phone in the room to contact reception we could have dealt with this. Also hairs on sink not cleaned from previous guests. Location great and that’s about it. And it’s not cheap. Terrible.

"It's a premier inn and the location is convenient."

Stayed here with my Mum after a concert to save her the long journey home. Great location, good room with the things you need in it and it was cool, a nice break from the searing heat. The lift up is very slow and the signage / welcome on the ground floor wasn't very clear or welcoming. For example, there's no number to call if you have an issue. Busy bar and reception area. One person helping with the self check in which as usual is described as self explanatory but required a few goes to get it done and is a fairly basic welcome for the price. The concert meant that usual routes back to the hotel (that had lifts or escalators for those needing them) were not available. Not great for those with accessibility needs which is a consideration.

"No Air Con"

Was an absolute nightmare... air conditioning was not working it was like trying to sleep in a sauna... reception was also so hot we just couldnt stay in there or even think of going to the bar... we would have been better off saving £260 on a premier plus room and slept in an air conditioned car !

Air-conditioning not working and then fan requested at reception didn't materialise. Made for a very uncomfortable, disrupted sleep.
