"Stagnated bad example of the Premier Inn"
So it's 3:07 and I haven't, don't want to get in the bed. Reception area, no, look to your right then make sure your not intimated go to level 1. 180+ quid for unplumped pillows that I think have been recycled from 1946. Bathroom?? Toilet paper better than minehead. I'm on the 8 floor, smells like a sewer, freezing. So my card didn't let me through the front door, pressed the buzzer said my card won't let me in. Lift upto my floor, can't get through the second door. Maybe me being lazy, I pressed the assistance button on the landing! Matey and his mate said it was for emergency. Wished I'd just smoked in my room. And it's still freezing. I could of got a hackney back to the west of England, cheaper. No xxxx wifi working as well. Joke, not worth your money.
"Wonderful staff"
Nice hotel and friendly staff! I was comfortable throughout my stay and when I went down to breakfast all the staff was lovely and nice to chat too! Yasodara was very helpful and kind and got me anything I needed when I was looking for help thank you very much for a nice stay! ( ◠‿◠ )
"Threatened by Staff When Asking for a Towel."
On 17th August, I simply went to ask for a clean towel. Instead, a staff member called me “dumb,” threatened to “smoke me,” and said he’d track me with CCTV. Another staff member stood by. Unprofessional, intimidating, and unsafe behaviour — I cannot recommend this hotel until it’s addressed.
"Lovely hotel in a great location"
We really enjoyed our stay. Very accessible from Gatwick with the train station attached to the Westfield Centre. Also very easy to get into the centre of London only a 20 minute journey. Lovely rooms - clean and comfortable and very spacious. We also enjoyed the social area for breakfast and drinks. Loved the Westfield shopping centre. We stayed here so we could go to ABBA voyage - we walked to the ventue (approx 20 mins) and got the train back just one stop- perfect. Staff at the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
"Super convenient comfort just above Westfield"
Very central for Westfield and next door to the International Station. Very quiet with comfortable room. Large shower. A wait for the lifts sometimes.
