"Stop over. Not a Stay Over."
One should not stay more than one day at this hotel. This is a stopover not a stay over hotel. They want you to inform if you want the room cleaned and even if you do that they dont do it. So again. Stop over Yes. Stay over (more than a day, NO-NO)
"Perfect Experience! –"
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was great – close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I truly felt cared for and pampered. I can’t wait to come back!
"Best Premier Inn around"
This is by far the best Premier Inn that I have stayed in. Very clean, modern (it looks as if it has been recently renovated) and an impressive modern and large bar area / restaurant. A special shout out to the Night Manger Pascal, who provided excellent service with some evening food and drinks - it’s not very often you meet staff who genuinely only want to provide a their customers with a great experience, Pascal is one of those rare gems!
"Good location, clean rooms but poor restaurant"
The bedroom experience here is the same as any other Premier Inn and rooms are spotlessly clean and have a comfortable bed. I paid for a Premier Room which also has good coffee maker and mini fridge. Check in is automated but there is help around if you need it. The reason I haven't given this a higher rating is that I was so disappointed with the dinner menu. A large number of items were not available including fish and chips which I had very much looked forward to. There was no other fish available except sweet and sour prawns which were very poor. I was told this sad state of affairs was because menus were being changed that day! I found this a very odd 'excuse' and it didn't help the clients who could not have a good choice of food for dinner.

Premier Inn St Pancras is a great choice—clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location by King’s Cross and St Pancras stations. Excellent value and a reliable night’s sleep.
