"I'd stay again"
I've stayed at quite a lot of Premier Inns and the familiarity is comforting when you arrive tired from a long journey. It's good knowing what to expect. The staff here were friendly and accommodating. Though these days in all places, staff numbers are a little low. This particular venue, apart from being well located for Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations, was clean and tidy and the rooms were great. Aircon/heating working well. Double glazed windows at the front to keep the noise out. Overall in good nick on my floor anyway (4th). I'd stay again.
"Location is the only redeeming feature"
Brilliant location for St Pancras station, literally across the road. Large, air conditioned, typical Premier Inn rooms. Check in was slow when I was there (took over 30 minutes and I was pretty much at the start of the long queue). My bathroom wasn't as clean as a usual premier inn and the bar/restaurant seemed to be chaotic but only had a drink whilst waiting for check in to start. I wouldn't have tried to eat there but I would reluctantly stay again but only for the location.
"Thank you Pascal....."
The reason I am writing this review is to thank Pascal - the night manager at Premier Inn who saved the day for me :) We left early in the morning to catch the Eurostar to Paris. After arriving at the station I realised I had forgotten my phone. I called the hotel and Pascal answered. Immediately he said 'don't worry I will go and get your phone and bring it you'. Within about fifteen minutes he had come to the station and dropped off my phone. I am so grateful - it was such a kind gesture and it really made my stay worth it. Thank you so much Pascal :)
"Good location"
Very well located, nice room clean and tidy. Great options for drinks and dinner. Service was efficient. All round very good.
"First visit to London as a family"
We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 and had paid for early check in. Our room wasn’t ready. Aside from this it was a standard premier inn with adequate rooms comfy beds clean and very close to King’s Cross and other lines of transport
