We’ll send you an email with a link to all the information you’ll need plus instructions on how to book Stasher luggage lockers before arrival. "Convenient location, but breakfast wasn’t cold."

This hotel is very convenient for St Pancras and Kings Cross stations, literally just a few minutes walk. If you’ve stayed at a Premier Inn before, then you know what you are getting. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and perfect for one or two nights. We had an evening meal and breakfast. The evening meal was ok, nothing flash but decent enough. We had the buffet cooked breakfast, but were disappointed as it wasn’t very hot. We’ve found this before at Premier Inns, but hoped it might have improved, but it hadn’t. Altogether it was as reasonable stay.

Brilliant location if you need to be near King’s Cross or Euston. The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Despite being on the third floor overlooking Euston Road, it was quiet. Good double glazing. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice. I’d happily stay again.

"Central location very convenient for St Pancras station"

I had a Premier Plus room, so perhaps had a slightly better experience, but the room was very good, overlooking the British Library, but still very quiet. Otherwise it’s a pretty standard Premier Inn experience

"Plusses and Minuses"

On the plus side: Location is near bus stops, tube stations, and the international train station. Many restaurants in the area. The bed and linens were SO incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious! On the minus side: Poor signage made the check-in process confusing with the kiosks. Only after asking a maintenance guy did I learn that you can also check in at the bar (again, no signs to this effect). During the entire check-in process (6.5 minutes), the clerk spoke a total of three words (very awkward). The hotel shows signs of wear and could use updates, especially in the common areas. The elevators have long wait times and are often crowded, forcing me to wait for another. I had stayed at a Premier Inn before in a different part of the city and had a good experience, which is why I chose the brand again. This location was disappointing. Although it was okay for the two nights I stayed, I would not select this location if I were staying longer.

"Great as always"

Lovely stay as always. Hotel and room were clean and welcoming. Precious was very friendly and helpful in dealing with our luggage and other things. Really appreciated the dinner/breakfast deal, great price and the food was excellent too. The hotel is really well located, handy for St Pancras and Euston stations. We'd happily stay here again.
