"Recommend this hotel"
Good hotel, good air conditioning, clean, comfortable, good place near bus sto and underground, near restaurants, recommend for this hotel in London
"Dinning room staff not effeciant"
All about this place is good except dinning room service. Few staff and unattentive. Long wait, had to leave and eat in another premises.
"Nice, comfortable, value for money, excellent location (opposite the BL) choice 4a family getaway in central London"
The hotel was ideally situated just opposite the British library and close to many attractions and means of transport for each (from cabs to trains and buses, the tube, etc). Easily accessible, regardless of mobility issues. Clean and a fair value for money, considering the location and the high season. Nice breakfast buffet, extra bonus the kids eat for free deal (especially for families), clean rooms of decent size and those like ours, with a nice view of the street. Overall an enjoyable, value for money experience. I would recommend and return again. Easy check in, check out, offer luggage keeping after checking out and early check in for a very reasonable extra fee. Considering how expensive a city London is, I would say it’s nice value for money, but not a shabby, nor uncomfortable choice. Quite the opposite! We’ve been to a Premier Inn in Westminster in the past and certainly would recommend it again! Nice, central, fair priced choices.
"Great location but meh"
Great location. Poorly cleanliness, nail clippings on bedroom floor and weird stains on curtains. Long queues for food as only one station open for hot food. Restaurant staff lovely but food low quality for the price.
"Room smelt old and Smokey"
Room smelt old and Smokey, mold on the bathroom ceiling had been painted over and could see the spots, shower water looked rusty in the bath due to the rust old plug hole. Slight tear in the bedding. Rest of the room was clean.
