"A very pleasant stay"
Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice sized, comfortable room. Good evening meal and breakfast. Would both recommend and stay here again.

It does what it says on the box, its a clean room with a comfortable bed helpful staff and close to transport options would stay at this primmer inn again if in London again
"Best Premier Inn in London"
Although this is a chain hotel it felt more like a boutique stay due to the attentiveness of the staff and how they went out of their way to help.
"Most uncomfortable night"
Most uncomfortable night sleep I have ever had, felt like no ventilation in the room at all, wast a overly hot weekend when we stayed but because the window dose not open and the hvac is like someone is coughing at you the room just stays very warm with a lack of air. This paired with only one lift available and a max of four people meant ques to use
"Don't bother"
Really gone down hill since I stayed two year ago. Aircon in shocking, only one loft was working and the bed wasn't great either. The room cleaning was just empting bin and replacement towels no cleaning was done. The staff have to be cahsed down at every occasion for any service. I won't be staying again.
