London Southwark (Southwark Station) hotel

As the restaurant was undergoing renovations, they provided complimentary bread, hot drinks, and fruit in the lobby. Since it was my first time in this city, this was a great help. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable; it was a great stay.

Best Premier inn we've stayed in so far. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Reception staff were so helpful. They helps us with taxis and also finding good restaurants around the area as the joint restaurant was closed. Next time were in london we will definitely book this location again, great value for money even without the restaurant.

It is our second time coming to Southwark Premier Inn for a weekend in London and we loved it each time. Excellent room, very helpful staff. Thank you .

We mistakenly went to the wrong "Premier Inn" (both relatively nearby to each other). The staff could not have been ruder or more unhelpful, dismissed us out of hand. Last thing we needed after a 25 hour flight. When we got to the correct "Premier Inn" we were told - disdainfully - check in was at 3pm, no exceptions, and they were so unpleasant about storing our bags. We returned at 2.45pm but unbelievably they would not check us in, despite a crowd of people waiting. We had to form a line and ONE PERSON was checking over 30 people in line. (Shout out to the only person who worked there who was pleasant - didn't get his name but the guy in the wheelchair). The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the rudeness of most of the staff made this a most unpleasant stay and we won't use Premier Inns again. Btw, this is Southwark Premier Inn, The Cut.

My room was very good. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine. OK value for the money. Front desk staff, not so good. Not nice at all.
