    "Great experience, would stay again"
    Super comfy bed and very clean hotel, in a great location. Would definitely stay there again! Lots of great food places nearby.

    Very clean and I found the bed to be comfortable. Bathroom had everything that we needed. Check in/out was super easy. I found the location to be great as well. Plenty of what we needed within walking distance and we were easily able to hop on the metro to get anywhere.

    A really good urban hotel. The location is superb: quiet, safe at all times, the subway station is a 2 min walk. Excellent as a base for sightseeing around London. The hotel is always clean and quiet (very good noise insulation in the rooms, no traffic on the roads around it). Overall, we had a superb stay.
    "Never ever Premier Inn again !!"
    Never ever Premier Inn again!! This Hotel gave me a terrible experience by not allowing me to check-in for my pre-paid trip through Expedia. The front desk person and lady manager refused my check-in because I had 3 kids even though I booked a family quadruple room. She showed me the fine print details in booking conditions that only 2 kids are allowed, and she was not at helpful in getting a resolution to our problem by making another room available other than insisting her fine print rules when we had already reached the Hotel with our luggage. We ended up booking another Hotel on the fly (Thanks to Technology) and they didn't have any issue accommodating us in a room. I will fight to get to my last penny they charged from my card. Interesting this Hotel website has a whole page dedicated to list how family friendly they are!! Those who are prepaying these folks beware. They absolutely don't care about customer when you have an issue!!

    You're just a 15-minute walk from the London Eye and all the fun of the South Bank at our Premier Inn London Southwark (Southwark Station) hotel. Visit the London Dungeons or go on a trip to nearby Tower Bridge. Take a short walk to the Southbank Centre and lose yourself in fantastic shows at the world-famous Royal Festival Hall. Our hotel has great links across London - we're next to Southwark Underground station and the Jubilee Line, and we're also close to overground trains from Waterloo and London Bridge. Enjoy prime cuts of steak and other delicious food at our in-house Bar and Block restaurant, and after an exciting day on the South Bank, look forward to a relaxing sleep on one of our super-comfy beds.
