"Would definitely stay again"
Just like all Premier Inns, you know what you're going to get. Quiet, great friendly service, clean. This one is in a great location, 5 mins walk from Tube Station and Borough Market.
"An excellent experience"
My partner was in Guys hospital when I stayed here.as it was just a 10 minute walk to the hospital, The premier plus room was lovely with a view of the Shard! Spotlessly clean with A/C which was appreciated as very hot weather. A special mention to Tim in the restaurant who was very sympathetic & kind to me.
"Amazing staff. Good food. Comfortable stay"
The staff here were excellent. So helpful and respectful, we were greeted with smiles every time we saw them. They helped us extend our stay without any problems, were always on hand to assist either with extra pillows/towels or getting my poached eggs in the mornings. They felt like friends when we left, especially Jenelyn and Bethe. The room was comfortable and clean. All the food, although a limited menu in the evening, was always great - better than some pubs we’ve been to. Thank you again for making our stay great.
"Poor customer service and check in"
The check in experience at this branch was dire. The receptionist was rude and dismissive and did nothing to try and resolve a problem which had been caused by Premier Inn. Whilst the facilities were acceptable, customer's service left much to be desired. No one needs to be left feeling belittled especially when they are trying to get to an event and have young children in tow. I was forced to pay twice for a service that I had paid for upfront and no attempt was made to investigate their error! For that reason, I will avoid this chain going forward.

The hotel itself is in a great location not far from London Bridge Station. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be an issue with the self service check in machines so the gentleman behind the reception desk had to manually check us in. But overall it is a nice hotel with a high level of customer service.
