"Greet location"
Great location, loads of bars and restaurants within a few metres , but the hotel is tucked away so you’re not disturbed by noise. Nice and clean and all of the staff were really friendly. Stayed here three nights over the back holiday and the reception staff and those working on the breakfast room were all so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely and fresh, they kept refilling or regularly rather than leaving it sitting like warm for hours.
Only negative was the air con in the room didn’t work. I wonder if they don’t turn it on until summer. But with four of us the room was very hot and the window would only open slightly . Other than that a fab hotel on the perfect location.

"Used to be great"
Have stayed here every year since 2021 and it used to be fab. Location is still 10/10 and having cheap parking spaces (£15 per day) is also a plus but sadly that is where it ends. The building work next door is noisy and dusty. We asked the concierge for a quiet room away from the building work if possible and so he put us on the top floor in a room that hadn’t been used for months overlooking the site! Thankfully Tim moved us. We had to leave a day early as the dust had triggered my husbands medical condition but they refused to refund us for that third night even though we checked out at 10:00 and I am sure they would have let the room again. Won’t be back.

Great hotel and fabulous location. Tim greeted us at the check in desk and arranged an early check in. He also brought us hot pastries during breakfast! Great customer service, would stay there again.

"Lovely staff makes this stay a winner."
While the hotel might need some upgrades to their wi-fi, we enjoyed our stay. The staff, in particular, Adrian, was exceptional. We needed ice daily(!) and he made it happen. Everyone else, from the other reception folks, to the kitchen to the cleaning staff made our stay lovely. There is currently loud construction (NOT the hotel’s fault) but we were gone during the day so it didn’t really impact us. Lots of activity with The Anchor Bar nearby and many restaurants as well. All in all a great stay for 8 nights!!

"Stay at Borough Market"
Stayed here several times now and always a great experience. Staff always helpful, room is clean and considering the location its always nice and quiet. I will be up to London again soon and wont stay anywhere else for my flying visits
