    "Don't believe the Sleep Guarantee"
    I am a regular Premier Inn user and have always found them to be first class - sadly not on this occasion - Outside of my room was a large teddy bear which had much of its stuffing spread across the corridor accompanied by a pair of soiled boxer shorts. I was woken in the early hours by the occupant of the opposite room knocking loudly on my door. A terrible experience which I duly complained about and was given no recompense. I was flabbergasted by their response especially as I am a very loyal and regular user.

    Room was clean and quiet - great considering how busy the main road was! Self service check in was nice and easy to follow. Outside looked a little run down but nothing a slap of paint and some plants wouldn’t fix. Really good stay.

    My first online review of anything. The hotel was disgusting. A shock due to Premier Inn’s usual standards. The whole hotel had an awful smell of cigarettes and cannabis, water pressure was extremely low. It took around 10 minutes for the toilet to fill back up to be able to flush. Stains and dirt on every wall including in the lift. Long waits to speak to someone at reception and for breakfast. I am not impressed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When leaving, one of the (very few and unhelpful) staff asked us to please leave a good review. No chance.
    "Friendly and welcoming hotel"
    Such a nice friendly and welcoming hotel. Spent some time in the Resturant area which they had very good options in the evening meal.. would highly recommend this hotel for its location, the rooms and lovely staff. After a busy a day in London this was a nice place to relax
    "An excellent example of Premier Inn quality"
    A fantastic hotel, which I believe will be a new staging ground for us whenever we venture into London. The on-site parking is super convenient after driving down. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are lovelier still. We'll definitely be back.
