"Home away from home"
I have been staying at the Premier Inn John Bradshaw Rd on and off for over a year and the team have made me feel very welcome, they go above and beyond to look after me and I am very thankful to them all Laylee, Hanan, Iestyn, Laszlo, Alex, Fayaj, Tatsiana and Linda.
I want to give a special mention about Anjith, I have watched him grow from day 1 where he had little confidence and struggled with the tills and orders, to this super confident server, makes it look so easy, taking my order no notes written, serving like a proper waiter, he is bubbling with confidence, always smiling and polite, even after all this time, still calls me madam not Kimmie.
This is in part due to the nurturing and mentoring and support of Laylee.
They are a credit to the business.

Excellent service! Last minute decision, we booked very late in the evening at London Southgate. ALEXANDRA and KAI were extremely helpful. Despite our panic of making a booking mistake, they was professionally helpful and patient. They ensured that our stay was comfortable, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. "lovely stay apart from one small thing…"
Terrible experience with staff member named Linda. So rude and disrespectful, I have never been treated so badly in my life. Shocking behaviour talking to people like dirt and it felt like we were almost taking up her time when saying simple things like good morning or thank you. I understand that some people have bad days however we stayed for a week and nothing changed. In hospitality you have to at least put and effort and make it look like you want to be there however she was always miserable, like the life was being sucked out of her while she’s just standing around compared to other hard working staff. Generally put a damper on our stay and therefore will not be returning for as long as she is working there. On the other hand, chef Laszlo was so cheerful and welcoming even though he had a much harder and tiring job.

I have sty 1 night there and I go for breakfast and the people i woste very angry and the lady in the kitchen it’s starting shouting to me and after this I left and I go auto and I’m not happy at all but I park the car in car park and I asked me to pay £10 if it’s hotel car park but anyway I’m not heppy at all
