London Southgate hotel

I had a nightmare experience at Premier Inn London Southgate. I arrived at 11:30 PM with two young children to find a room that was filthy and unprepared; the beds weren't made and the sheets were dirty. The Duty Manager was incredibly rude, refused to provide a clean room, and blamed me for booking late in the evening. We were forced into the street at midnight to find emergency accommodation at a Travelodge. To make matters worse, Guest Relations (Shaun) has since tried to claim we stayed the night to avoid giving a full refund. This is a flat-out lie. I have a parking fine from the Travelodge Borehamwood and a bank statement proving I was miles away at another hotel during the time they claim I was with them. They took £10 for parking at reception but failed to register my car, and now they are refusing to take responsibility for the resulting fine. They are currently withholding my money and accusing a customer with children of being a liar despite physical evidence to the contrary. Great friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, room fine, bathroom needs updating. Decent locations, 2 mins walk from tube station and Picadilly line....Just quite a few stops from Covent Garden / Leicester Square.

The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room however was disappointing although clean it smelt musty and there was black mold around the window which was very off putting.

I found the staff at Premier Inn (Southgate) extremely helpful especially the manager Foyaj.The hotel is very inviting and comfortable.

Nice hotel Chinese lady was Exellent Lady chef was Exellent room was nice but window dirty both sides Asian man who cheaked me in after me waiting for him 5 min was very poor not helpful no smile not welcome me never asked me how I was or have a nice stay very poor Does need to be made to understand the word customer service
