"Avoid"
Avoid! If you have to stay here, do not book a plus room. Hair dryer did not work, the coffee machine did not work, the curtains came away from the pelmet, air conditioning was too low, and the house staff did not leave enough towels. Reported all the faults and nothing was done about it - had to report them all again.

"Only good thing about hotel is Nicole"
Nicole is the best thing about this hotel. She has amazing customer service skills and goes that extra mile for customers.
Apart from Nicole this is the worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed at.
The rooms are
-shabby
- dated
- dirty carpets
- unclean bathroom floor
- shower door seal not in good condition
You forget you are the customer with how rude the cleaners are.
You are told to advise reception to have your room cleaned daily. We asked for our room to be cleaned and also that the shower was not draining and that you are showering in 3 inches of standing water. We returned afyer 11 hours to find nothing had been done. Got clean towels & were told tjat maintenace had been there all day but not our repair. Compensated with a bottle of wine. Told next day room 229 would be cleaned. Returned after 10 hours to the shower mat left in the shower dripping so it was wet, bin & rubbish not taken away, floor gritty and bed barely made. This is not what we expected.
Room was functional not comfortable or clean
Dining room clean and breakfast excellent
Quiet floor
Good part near the station with direct access to London
I doubt we will ever stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness of rooms
Premier Inn you need to promote Nicole she is a credit to your organisation!

"Air Condition gets turned off"
I have stayed at Premier Inn Sidcup many times over the years, and I want to start by saying that the staff have always been excellent. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely do their best to help guests. On this occasion, as on previous stays, the staff tried everything they could to resolve the problem for me. Unfortunately, they appear to be restricted by company policy regarding the air conditioning.
The issue is that the air conditioning is repeatedly turned off during the night. This has happened on every stay I have made at this hotel, despite me raising the matter several times.
During my most recent stay, which was on one of the hottest days of the year, I specifically asked reception to ensure the air conditioning was switched on. It was initially, but by the evening it had been turned off again. I contacted reception and asked for it to be switched back on, only to find it had been turned off once more later in the night. I eventually had to get dressed and go downstairs to complain in person. The only solution available was a portable fan.
While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, a fan is not an acceptable substitute for working air conditioning during extremely hot weather. A comfortable night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay, and it is disappointing that this issue continues to occur despite being raised repeatedly.
My complaint is not with the hotel team, who have always been courteous and helpful, but with a policy that appears to prioritise energy savings over guest comfort. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot say that Premier Inn Sidcup provides the reliable overnight comfort that guests expect.

"Up from Cornwall for a trip down memory lane"
The family room was a good size, all beds and bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size too.
The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The food was good and excellent value with the kids eating for free.
We got on site parking which was brilliant value, and could see the car from our room which gave us confidence.
I was expecting to pay around double the charge we paid for a family room for 3 nights so I thought that was good value too.
The location was ideal for our needs and the air con was such a bonus as it was a heatwave when we visited, and down in Cornwall where we visited from, the temperature is always a lot less extreme.
Considering the location and size of the hotel, it was very quiet, with no traffic noise in our room
