"Lovely stay with family"
Been there with my family. Very pleasant stay, would definitely recomend this hotel to friends. Staff very attentive and welcoming.

Everything about the stay was great. The hotel, room and public areas were very clean and tidy. Quick and professional arrival procedure. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
"Had a horrible stay"
We stayed for 4 nights and the air conditioning wasn’t working for 3 nights. On repeated complaints, they changed the room on the last night. It was so hot that we were literally sweating for 3 nights and the staff who came acknowledged that the room was hit Inspite of turning on the air conditioning. Every thing else was perfect but the AC made our stay a. Nightmare. The staff gave us weird reasons that this is how it works in UK and government shuts down the AC after 1 hr. They even told me that that’s how they manage the AC in lobby. Coming to the room was the most disgusting part of our London trip.

Good staff presence and good night sleep. Pleasant reception area and staff. Small minor, maybe make it a bit more obvious where the front door to the building was. It was not under any "Premier Inn" signs. I did a complete lap of the building first before finding. Good overall stay at sidcup.

Stay at Premier Inn London Sidcup to take advantage of being close to Central London and Kent, with excellent local transport links. We're only 100 metres from the train station - handy to know if you're a business guest. If you're interested in art and architecture, nearby Danson House and Red House are a must. If shopping is more your thing, we're 10 miles from Bluewater. When it's time to put your feet up, have dinner at Thyme before relaxing in style in one of our new-generation bedrooms featuring an impressive 40" flat screen TV, bright modern bathroom with a large shower head, and slumber- inducing, king size bed.
