"Nice hotel, horrible guests"
Some friends and I stayed at Premier Inn Sidcup for five nights. We arrived on the Wednesday and the hotel hotel just looked like an average modern Premier inn and which was expected and we found the rooms to be the exact same which was nice. What ruined our stay was in fact other guests, from drugs being taken outside the premises to loud sex echoing down the halls which happened multiple times over different nights of our stay, we just felt out of place here.

"Value for money"
We stayed here for my daughter to audition at Bird College. It was a great, value for money, place to stay. Easy access to the college and High Street. Great parking, close to the train station. Good breakfast selection. Comfy beds, clean functional bathroom. Staff could do with a bit of training in customer service, but they were friendly enough.

"Disappointing stay 18/03/26"
Quite disappointed with our stay at this premier inn.
We booked this premier inn as a stay before a family funeral due to us travelling down from the midlands. We arrived late on in the evening around 7.30pm after a very long drive. Parking was simple we followed the instructions on the booking and we got a space easily which was very helpful.
Upon check in we was greeted by a young lad who advised he was the manager but only standing in to cover this one evening as he was from Croydon. Check in was far from simple gave across our information that was requested. Due to my address on my premier in account not matching what I was saying (my current address) this lad read of a speech of technically because my id wouldn’t match the address on the system he has reason to not allow us the room. I’ve never experienced this before however given current situations I fully understand safety is important etc etc. however this is the last thing anyone would want to be dealing with after a very long journey after work.
Once we received the room key and went to the room it was as expected tidy upon first look nice temperature.
We visited the restaurant and met up with other family members also staying in the hotel. We stood for 15min approx to wait to be seated with staff walking past ignoring us. Eventually the manager said just take a seat. The restaurant was pretty much empty so no excuse really for the poor service. We sat again for about 10 minutes before realising we had no menus. I approached the manager again for some menus he then come over and took our order. Wait time was reasonable, food was lovely no complaints there.
When we returned to the room it quickly become apparent how poor a state the room actually was in. Non of ceiling spot lights worked leaving us with only bedside lamps for lighting in the roof. The aircon unit despite being switched off was still generating noise to the point it cause difficulty sleeping later in the night. When we needed to shower the shower pressure was more like a trickle and not a lot of hot water come out, mould showing in the grout, peeling paint on walls. Due to the time of the evening and how tired we was we thought it was pointless going down to complain due to only being there the one night. If it was more nights we would of raised the issues
Following morning after a very poor nights sleep breakfast was as expected. We went to go and pay for parking as this was unable to be done the night before. The receptionists on shift looked at both me and my partner as if we was talking in a foreign language and wasn’t much help at all. This is really quite disappointing considering we paid £72 for this room. Our family members paid the extra for a plus room on the fourth floor and they only had one towel between them.
Following on from the above the room served its purpose however when no visiting the area again we would choose elsewhere.

"Perfect location"
One night stay at Premier inn Sidcup whilst visiting my daughter in Kidbrooke.
Great transport links to the city dead opposite Sidcup station, staff were very welcoming and chatty on booking in and room was huge and clean perfect night's sleep. We'd booked breakfast which was all spot on just quite a delay for them to cook my daughters vegetarian sausages which we asked for on arrival at breakfast and had to chase as I had got my breakfast and eaten it whilst she was still left waiting and waiting for hers, we would still and plan to stay again though.

"Kept up all night by couples"
Stayed here with friends after a wedding. Despite the hotel being nice and clean and very up to date we didn’t have a good stay due to the amount of noise in the hotel, mostly loud sex sounds all night from multiple rooms which isn’t something you really wanna hear and is a bit disturbing, especially for a friend on a different floor who had children with them and experienced similar issues. Seems like people from the local areas have zero respect for other people and lack basic morals which is a shame because it makes the hotel the exact opposite of family friendly and more of a hotspot.
