London Sidcup hotel

EMILY AND HER TEAM ARE LOVELY EXCEPT FROM THE OTHER HOTEL MANAGER WHO IS CLUELESS!!!!!! On Wednesday evening trying to check in her name was Evelyn! She didn’t have a clue what she was doing! How you have a manager running a hotel who can’t even add parking onto the booking is crazy! Even worse we went for dinner on the Wednesday evening and just saw her sat at reception on her phone while the poor gentleman was running around trying to do the restaurant, bar and also checking people in on the kiosk while she was demanding orders at him. She is an awful person to have in this amazing team. Anyway, I had the delightful Emily on the Thursday morning for breakfast and she is amazing and is what is holding this hotel together!!! Well done Emily Evelyn do better!

I had a fantastic stay and wanted to say a special thank you to the team. Emily and Kelsey on the front of house and breakfast team were both outstanding. They were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with a smile. They made check-in seamless, ensured breakfast ran smoothly, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Their professionalism and excellent customer service really stood out. I’d also like to thank Daniel from the maintenance team for fixing the shower so quickly. He responded promptly, was polite and professional, and had everything working perfectly in no time. A big thank you to all three for making my stay such an enjoyable experience. They are a real credit to the hotel, and I look forward to staying again.

I went to premier and ate breakfast we loved the service and evelyn (the manager) was very kind and helpfull to everyone she made everyone happy and i really appricate her

I booked 2 rooms as we have 3 children. We were attending my brother's funeral so we needed somewhere local to stay. On arrival we were told our room numbers 212 and 414. So no where near each other/not even on the same floor. On arrival when we mentioned about our rooms not being near they said that they were fully booked and nothing they could do. 414 air con was not working, the room was hot. We got back from the wake at 10.30 and by the time we realised that the air con was not working who could we contact? No phones in room and no one on reception. Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly, plenty of options but no hot chocolate, in the machine or sachets. It was already a sad event as we were attending my younger brother's funeral. We booked to stay and chill the next day but we couldn't do that due to the heat in our bigger room. We couldn' all chill in the other room as not enough beds, chairs, sofa to sit on
