London Ruislip hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff . Excellent location and parking. Special thanks to young night receptionist ,she was on the reception area at midnight when we came from the party she gave us access and ask about the assistance . But we feel bad for bar and restaurant.

Myself and my friend travelled to Ruislip to visit family in the area. We were 2 women travelling alone. Upon arriving at the hotel we were stocked to see the restaurant was closed and board up with signs of construction work being carried out. More worrying was the amount of young lone man hanging around the hotel. One man went into his room with takeaway food, he looked like he was living there. On entering the reception there wasn't any one there. We pressed the bell and waited for the receptionist. She arrived and booked us in, she informed us our room was number 8 on the 1st floor and there wasn't a lift. My friend has mobility issues as she's waiting a knee replacement. We asked for a ground level room and was told that no other rooms were made up. The receptionist did carry one of our bags upstairs. The room was very grubby and didn't smell too good. But as we'd been told this was the only room we had to put up with it. We went out for dinner, when we got back to go to sleep there was a buzzing in the room which was extremely annoying. I looked for the telephone to call down to reception but there wasn't one!!! I found this very strange. As we didn't feel safe because of the presence of all the young men we didn't go down to the reception. We didn't fall to sleep until approximately 4am. Then we were woken up at 7.10am and 8.20am with deliveries right outside our window. We checked out and complained to Gina on reception. She said she had no authority to deal with out complaint and gave us the number for customer service. We called them from the car park. We spoke to Shaun, he said it's a lot and he didn't know where to start. He said he would get back to us within 5 days. Shaun emailed the next day to say the noise and delivery were beyond their control and as we didn't report our toilet problem in room 11 he could do anything about it. Now we were in room 8 and we didn't have any problems with our toilet. Premium inn pride themselves on their guarantee good night's sleep but they do not honour this guarantee. This hotel is being used more like a hostel to house lots of numbers of young men, this is totally unacceptable for women travelling alone. Please avoid this hotel at all costs

Brilliant location and very friendly staff. Standard Premier Inn room, clean, tidy and comfortable. Only thing missing was a restaurant.

The room was playing in tidy the reception staff is friendly parking at this hotel is free you've got a pup literally across the road to pop on site as close down says no breakfast being served at this hotel that's not a problem because you got ruislip town that's about three to four minute walk with meany shops ruislip underground station is about 5-6 minutes walk For the location great hotel great location For the price were worth it £60
