Excellent staff at london romford west. I will be staying at this hotel again. In fact i have booked in for another 7 days while i search for a property to move into

My stay here was amazing staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were extremely clean and to very high standard especially for the price. The lady at reception (Ivone if i remember correctly) was extra helpful and tried her best to help when I had small complaint which was the room was very hot during my stay due to the heat wave we were experiencing those days. Overall very pleasant and satisfied would recommend and come back again when in London again.

"A Comfortable Stay with Outstanding Staff"
We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn overall. The breakfast was really nice, with a great selection of food, and it was a fantastic way to start the day.
The only downside was that our room was extremely hot, which made it a little uncomfortable. However, the staff were amazing. We mentioned it to Ivone and Annetta, and they were both so kind, friendly, and understanding. They immediately gave us bottles of cold water, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated.
A big thank you to Ivone and Annetta for their excellent customer service – they really made a difference to our stay. We would happily stay here again.

I had such a good experience in this hotel. I was greeted by Ivone & Edita with a warm welcome, they were super lovely, great customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious the only downside was that the rooms were really hot, but other than that I will definitely be coming back
