London Romford West hotel

My room had been cleaned and prepared to a very high standard by the housekeepers, who do an excellent job and clearly take a pride in their work. The bed was supportive and comfortable and there was a pack of two soft rated pillows in the wardrobe to provide a choice according to your preference. The cleanliness and attention to detail extended to the bathroom, there was plenty of hot water at a consistent temperature and the large rain shower was an unexpected bonus. Sharmin on Reception, the other staff and the housekeeper I thanked when I was checking out were all polite and friendly. My room was on the first floor, overlooking the car park, and it was generally very quiet during my stay. In terms of cost and convenience the free car parking was great and there were always spaces.

We had an amazing time at the hotel as it was in a great location. Also a big thank you to Anetta and Ivone in the kitchen who made breakfast really special for our little one

We had a lovely experience at the Premier Inn restaurant thanks to Anetta, who was both our chef and waitress. She was attentive throughout, made us feel very welcome, and provided friendly, professional service. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and it was clear the kitchen was extremely clean and well maintained. Anetta really made our visit enjoyable and is a credit to the team.

Met with a smile after a long drive, very helpful receptionist. The location is great, easy to find and only 30mins drive from my meeting venue. The rooms were quiet, clean, tidy and well laid out, just great for getting my laptop out and carrying on working. After a great nights sleep, I was really early for breakfast, but was welcomed in before the opening time and looked after very well by another smiling staff member. Really enjoyable stay, just about to book again for another business trip next month.
