Decor needs a refresh but overall clean and comfy. Chef Patricia cooked the best breakfast. A lovely person, looked after us well

Clean hotel with the usual incredible premier Inn bed experience (slept 8.5hrs solid). All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb (full english) and Patricia keeps it all immaculately clean. She cooks your eggs exactly how you want and always with a smile. Well done Premier Inn

We had an event in London and booked this particular Premier Inn as it had good rail links to the City from the nearest station Chadwell Heath. We were at the front so overlooking the busy Eastern Avenue and couldn't have a window open at night because of the noise so it could benefit from decent air conditioning. We were booked in for breakfast both mornings and were the only people in the breakfast room both mornings. Nothing was too much trouble for the kitchen chef and we had an excellent breakfast both mornings. We didn't get the lady's name on the 1st morning but Anetta was on duty the 2nd morning and both ladies were lovely. It was also convenient to have a Toby carvery The Moby Dick next door.
