Chargeable parking is available at Britannia Parking - Romford Market Place, Ducking Stool Court (RM1 3AB) Mon – Sun (3pm – 12pm) £7.50 per night. Chip Coin must be validated at Premier Inn reception to receive discounted rate. Guests are asked to park on the 3 upper floors as the Ground Floor level is used by the local market with large vehicles. Please note anytime outside of these hours will be charged at the standard rate.

"Worst Premier inn "
Check in was reasonably quick and easy. The room was a typical premier inn room. Comfy bed. Unfortunately the room hadn't been cleaned properly and various items from previous guests were found including dirty glass and shower body puff was left in the bathroom. No soap or shower gel in the dispensers. We asked at reception for this to be rectified and nobody came. Breakfast the next morning was just appalling, hardly any hot food out on the counter, pastries were not replenished, tables weren't cleared quickly, no spare cutlery and actually witnessed a member of staff open a packet of preserves with her teeth
"Relaxing and comfortable"
It's great having the option of air conditioning. The team especially Jay and Sylvia make me feel very welcome and are helpful if i need anything.

great experience. staff are amazing and very accomodating, can have a laugh with them and were more than happy to help, only stayed one night but still was a very great experience overall, thank you to the staff and will definetely be staying again❤️
"Wedding stay nightmare"
The hotel itself is one of the nicer premier inns I have stayed in. That being said, our stay was very much let down. We booked up to 7 rooms due to a wedding. One of the main issues was that the hotel had run out of cards to enter the room. Which meant one of our guest had to wait 45 mins to check in due to shortage of cards. This was frustrating as there was 1 card to each family room making so many issues coming and going. On top of this, my room with 3 adults and other rooms were not cleaned over the entire trip despite requesting at reception. One night they simply took the cleaning sign off instead of cleaning it. We would have to ask other family members for towels or go to reception. The positives were the staff tried their best to make up for shortcomings and it’s a nice premier inn as mentioned. With improvements it could have been a good stay but due to it being a family wedding, with no towels in the morning it was a nightmare. Moral of the story is if you are having a wedding stay clear to be safe. So much hard earned money wasted
