"Sensational staff make this a 5 star experience."
The Staff was absolutely sensational, incredibly helpful and so nice!! Each and everyone of them! From the moment we arrived they helped with our every need and went the extra mile, from giving our children toys to play with to filling out watter bottles with ice cold water 10 times a day. Ive stayed in lots of expensive hotels and this was the best, nicest service I have ever experiecned. The room was also great with nice air-con which I like, as i sleeper better chilled. Im also a runner, and richmond park is just 1km away. Also you can hire lime bikes outside the hotel. Thanks loads to all the staff here!
"Brilliant stay, will be back!"
The welcome on arrival was excellent, service brilliant. Room extremely clean and bed superb. Best night's sleep I have had in years. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Even my poached eggs were cooked to perfection, just how I like them. Breakfast buffet was well supplied and hot with a great selection. I am going back very soon. Cannot recommend the Premier Inn at Richmond highly enough. The staff are super and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
"Great choice for Kew Gardens"
Stayed there as best to Kew Gardens and we were there for Kew the Music. Good price, convenient, had parking and catered really well for gluten free going over and above to avoid cross contamination.
"Best Premier Inn!"
The most expensive but the BEST Premier Inn we have stayed in for a long time. Clean and modern, really quiet ( it seemed like we were the only guests til we came down for breakfast!) Air conditioning excellent both in the room, and the building. The staff could not be more smiley, helpful, and kind. Everyone made us feel welcome . A credit to the Premier Inn chain. Evening meal was adequate. Breakfast very good. Coffee from the machine was fine ( though the process was very slow) even the orange juice was pleasant. If we need to stay in the area again, this would be our first choice. Thank you to everyone.
"Excellent service"
Close to our concert venue at Kew Gardens. Nice, modern rooms. The receptionists were friendly and the service was excellent, even to the point of directing us to the local 24 hour off-licence when we arrived back too late for a drink..
