"Very good and lovely area."
Everything is as you would expect, the hotel is tidy,clean and generally provides good service. We had an evening meal at the restaurant which was very good. The only issue really is the parking charge at £26 a night seems extortionate even for London. Id expect £15 perhaps but its far too expensive.

Friendly staff; modern, well equipped rooms with confortable mattress and pillows and very conveniently located. Very good continental breakfast options. Lifts weren't working on arrival and continued on and off during my stay. The bin in my bathroom hadn't been emptied and it was full of rubbish from the previous occupants.

Hotel was clean and bedroom had been recently updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Richmond is lovely especially by the riverside. The hotel is in an ideal location for Kew Gardens which you can easily walk to. It’s on the bus route, stop direct outside hotel, to Hampton Court Palace and bus stop opposite takes you to Kings Cross.
"Another great stay"
Stayed here last year and decided to come again as it’s very convenient for getting to The Oval. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable updated rooms. We didn’t mind the £23 parking (£2 discount with hotel code) as everything was so convenient and easy. Plenty of parking when we arrived at 9am. Had snacks and drinks in the bar on our return which were delicious. Would absolutely make this my ‘go to’ hotel when coming to South London.
"Brilliant stay, will be back!"
The welcome on arrival was excellent, service brilliant. Room extremely clean and bed superb. Best night's sleep I have had in years. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Even my poached eggs were cooked to perfection, just how I like them. Breakfast buffet was well supplied and hot with a great selection. I am going back very soon. Cannot recommend the Premier Inn at Richmond highly enough. The staff are super and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
