London Richmond hotel

Clean, friendly hotel. Alex and armond were especially helpful at breakfast and dinner.

Nice hotel very clean friendly staff and a good location would stay here again. Was very clean and comfortable handy for Richmond

Clean rooms, great location for Kew Gardens and generous cooked breakfast. All at a very competitive price for our Sunday night stay.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Kew Gardens, being just under a half mile walk to the entrance. The reception are was welcoming and clean. The room was clean and very quiet. There was virtually no road noise from the main road outside the window. We ate both breakfast and evening meals at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, with food replenished regularly to ensure it was always fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meals were good, Armondo was very helpful and personable. Our only slight dissatisfaction was with the chef who forgot one part of each meal.....missed sweet & sour sauce from the sweet & sour king prawns on the first night, then fries and spicy mayo from the spicy chicken burger on the second evening. Armondo was very apologetic about the errors, and rectified where possible. The chef just needs to pay more attention to detail! That said, we enjoyed our stay. We would use the hotel again and would recommend to others.

I had a really lovely 3-night stay here with a group of friends. Rooms were really clean and comfortable, breakfast was good ..... and the staff were so very friendly & helpful. A big thank you to Navjor re sorting out my vegan options - made a nice start to the day. I would definitely stay here again.
