"A very poor experience"
A very poor experience with our visit. I have written to Premier Inn with my complaint and received a half hearted response.

"Could not recommend this Hotel"
I am surprised by the glowing comments that appear to hype this Hotel. Well I must say that this place needs a good check up by senior management; the general areas are fairly tired with stained carpets in the main thoroughfare. Our room was relatively clean and tidy but the big let let down was breakfast time where my wife waited 30 minutes for GLUTEN FREE boiled eggs, and they never arrived; so only option was to leave and have breakfast in Richmond town. We did chase one of the colleagues who kept on saying that the eggs would be ready soon. There was another couple who also waited for their gluten free eggs too!!!! Never have we had to waited for poached eggs before.
Then when we left the hotel for a day out visiting the area we asked the front of house to ensure our room was turned down. Getting to Hotel after 9pm the room only had new towels and no bed turnover!!!! So not happy to have returned to an unmade up room.
It was too late to complain and next morning at check out there was no one available to register my disappointment with the lack of customer service.
I have registered my complaint with Premier Inn Guest Relations via WhatsApp with Mia. All I got back was an apology and the fact that the Hotel would receive my feedback. In otherwords nothing will happen.
The price for the room for 2 days was £365; an utter disgrace and a rip off.

"Great base for exploring London"
Great hotel, have stayed here a few times when visiting London. Short walk to Richmond station and easy access to sporting events, museums. Clean, tidy with very welcoming staff. Restaurant is good for breakfast to set you up for the day, and for dinner after a day of exploring.

Very convenient (subject to Thames Water works all over the place), near to North Sheen Station and Richmond Station and with a bus stop a very short distance away. I was not the only person to breathe a huge sigh of relief on entering the magnificently airconditioned premises (in the current extreme heat wave). Rooms are air conditioned under your control. Rooms are clean, bed was good, pictures are modern and rather nice, staff are very friendly and helpful and charming.
