"Amazing Stay – Thank You!"
Dear all at the London Rainham Team, I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the truly wonderful stay I had at your hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The comfort of the room and the friendly atmosphere made my stay truly memorable. I felt genuinely looked after and appreciated every effort made to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Please pass on my special thanks to Monika, Zydra, Laura, Robert, and the entire housekeeping team for helping make my visit so special. "Very nice and better than expected."
Exceeded the expectations and the staff were great. The location perfectly suited my needs. Very clean and well organised. Thus far, best experience from all my stays at other Premier Inns. Could not fault this place at all and will for sure be back for when needed.
"FIRST BUT NOT LAST VISIT"
Yesterday FIRST BUT NOT LAST VISIT Fantastic staff in Reception and Restaurant next door. Very friendly and informative. Could not do enough for us. Very very clean. Fantastic value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. No complaints at all. This is the only place I would consider staying if we went up to visit the family again
"Best Premier Inn Ever!!!"
What a wonderful hotel and restaurant. Rooms newly refurbished and as ever in a premier inn, very comfortable. All reception staff were friendly and attentive especially Monica who was super kind and caring with our grandchildren. The Table Table restaurant attached also had super staff. Food was great and they went out of their way to accommodate all of our requirements. Possibly the best experience our family have ever had in a weekend break which we’d booked as it was close to West Ham academy. I’d give it 10/0
"Lovely staff"
I've stayed in plenty of travel lodges, premier inns, holiday inns etc over the years. Can honestly say this hotel had the friendliest bunch of staff in any of them. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff to the staff in the restaurant, they all didn't company proud and I'd happily stay here again.
