    "Great value all round!"
Me and my Husband stayed at the Premier Inn in Putney on the 22-24th of September and we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel! Our room was spacious, clean and tidy (although the loo was very smelly but no big deal) check in was easy and the location is very good for the price! It's located right next to Putney station and the trains are frequent to the main central London. Putney itself is a good spot for all your needs, theres a Lidl, Sainsbury's and Waitrose in walking distance, plus nice restaurants, and Bishop Park nearby is lovely for local walks. Above all the best thing about our stay was definitely the staff, they were professional, friendly and gave great customer service! Shout out to lovely Monica and her colleagues (I am SO sorry, I lost the paper with their names) We were so touched by their thoughtfulness during our stay, as a thank you, we bought them both flowers and chocolates before we departed. We will be back to stay again (visiting family) early next month and we are looking forward to seeing everyone again!
"Where the staff are endangered and the vodka’s extinct!"
Going by my recent experiences, it seems Premier Inn are taking their “budget” concept to new and daring extremes - mainly by cutting staff until there’s barely anyone left to turn the lights on or off. Check-in was actually lovely. Two staff members (a rare sight!) greeted us cheerfully and got us sorted quickly. We even scored an extra towel - quite the luxury these days, since they apparently only give you one per room now. I half expected to find it behind glass with a “Do Not Touch” sign. Our rooms were downstairs. Not a problem - I wasn’t there for the view - though the piles of empty cans and assorted rubbish outside did add a certain post-apocalyptic chic to the experience. We headed to the bar, hoping for a drink. What we found was… no one. We rang the bell. We waited. We aged. We waited some more. Eventually, we gave up and went to the pub across the road, where (shockingly) someone actually served drinks. When we returned later, there was at last a heroic figure behind the bar - one of the receptionists moonlighting in beverage service. Sadly, there was no vodka and at least one beer had given up on life. The restaurant? Empty. The bar? Barely functioning. The lost revenue? Surely astronomical. Now, credit where it’s due - the staff themselves were doing their absolute best under impossible conditions. The real issue lies with senior management, who seem intent on discovering just how far you can cut before the concept of “hospitality” completely disappears. Yes, Premier Inn is supposed to be budget — but lately it feels like “budget” has become code for “bring your own staff.”

    "Enjoyable Stay"
The staff were very friendly and the room was good and the bed comfy. Food was well cooked and presented. Recommend the hotel
    "Top hotel!"
Perfect hotel for our family trip! Great host from Angus, Deepak and Irfan. Recommend it for a good stay in Fulham and for the good food.
