    "Disappointed"
    Both the exterior and interior of the hotel are in need of a clean up and upgrade. It was far from the usual high standard we have become to expect from Premier Inn.

    Clean and comfortable room prepared by Monica from housekeeping. Great breakfast as usual! Putney's Premier Inn has excellent transport links with bus and tube right outside the hotel.

    The room was cleaned beautifully by Catalina! The reception staff (Monica and Shannon) were very friendly and helpful. Irfan was super lovely with my children and made them smile when he had to get up very early to get across London. Thank you 😊
