London Paddington (Paddington Station) hotel

Brilliant location, welcoming staff and very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing too. Great that we could check out at noon. There was a comfortable lounge area on the ground floor with free drinks too.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. We really enjoyedvthe comfort of our PremierInn plus room. A bit pricy but very good location. Subway, restaurants and shopping. We only had breakfast for 1 day because we are not big fans of the English breakfast.

Perfect as usual I always choose paddington station premier inn from his opening... very strategic position, and lovely staff, morning and evening shift.

Staff was friendly. We had breakfast there daily - I must say it was very good. It can get crowded. We arrived in London early and left late - they had no problem with storing luggage's which was a God send. You have to tell them to clean the room before 11am or else they will not. That was completely fine with me. i asked twice during our 5 night stay and the room was cleaned each time I asked. The family room had air-conditioning which was hard to determine before our stay. The only thing is, it seems it is on a timer, so I would suggest switching it off then on before bedtime as it may switch off in the middle of the night (did once with us). We were on the 2nd floor, and the room was really quiet, considering it is a large hotel and right next to Paddington station. The station was just as you walked outside which made things very easy. We had dinner once at the hotel and we enjoyed it. It is surrounded with plenty of other restaurants/takeaways/foodstores where you can grab a bite too. The only thing I would have liked is a mini fridge in the room. Do note that if you have a bath, it is really high. Myself and my children struggled a bit to get in and out of it. So I would keep this in mind if you have a physical issue - even minor. Water pressure and hot water were great!

Weve stayed in Premier Inns a couple of times and wasnt impressed. This one was very different. Large room with an extremely comfy bed and the shower was great, large TV. We booked a fully flexible rate and for central London in August in a standard room it was £154... really good value. Its one minute from Paddington Station. There is an onsite restaurant too. One criticism though, there is virtually no storage space, hence the 4* rating. Check in/out was good. Would we stay again ? yes.
