London Paddington (Paddington Station) hotel

We recently stayed here for five nights. The location is excellent and one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. It’s conveniently close to train and bus stations, and many attractions are within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. Unfortunately, our experience with some of the front desk staff was disappointing. Beatrice, along with another staff member with beige blonde curly hair, was extremely rude to us. Their behavior felt unnecessarily petty and personal, which was upsetting and took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. On the positive side, the manager, Corina, handled the situation professionally and with genuine care. She was incredibly helpful and did her best to resolve the issue. Robert was also very kind and assisted us greatly during our stay. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and comfortable rooms, but the inconsistency in customer service, particularly our experience with Beatrice, was disappointing.

Location was great, right next to Paddington Station. The room was nice and the staff for the hotel were great, but the staff in the restaurant seemed like they were inconvenienced when trying to order or ask questions. The food was good and prices were reasonable.

I had a ver y good stay at Premier Inn Paddington. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy access to public transport and many attractions. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

This hotel was in a great location across the street from Paddington station. The price was right and the breakfast was good. They offered an early check in for a minimal price which we took advantage of The only thing that was a little hard was the tall tub/shower which was a bit of a challenge for us 77-78 year old people. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be in this location.

Clean, comfortable, a little compact in the room, safe, A/C worked well given 34C temps, breakfast very good, staff very helpful, location excellent. Nearly £300 a night for family room (kids 4 and 3) is what’s called “budget” lately but I guess that’s what it is nowadays. Certainly recommend over paying an average of £1000 a night in any 4/5 star nearby. Would highly recommend
