"Excellent stay"
Arrived at 3pm to check in, it was crazy busy but dealt with efficiently. Room clean, shower powerful, air conditioning good. Ask at reception for room cleaning daily if you wish for it, towels changed etc and it’s done. Room a bit small for a family of 4 but do-able, not much room for clothes storage/cases but we managed. We went to the restaurant for the meal deal. The young lady that served us on each of the 3 evenings was tremendous, so helpful, friendly, efficient and chatted away to us about where we were from and about London. She is an absolute asset to this hotel. We will definitely be back. One of the best premier inns I have stayed in and so handy being right beside the Elizabeth line.

Best Premier inn we have stayed in so far, definitely best in London. Restaurant is excellent, great staff and food is of good quality. We were there during a recent heatwave so the air conditioning throughout the hotel was very important, we will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent and super convenient. We purchased the meal deal (breakfast and dinner) for our stay at London Padfington (Paddington Station). When we ordered 5 BBQ Chicken Wings as the Starter at the restaurant, we were given 5 drumsticks instead of wings. We tried twice to check with a Waitress and a Waiter separately to re-confirm our starter order, both of them told us that those were chicken wings not chicken drumsticks. Apart from the food in the restaurant, the in room facility are clean and in good condition. We were just surprised of the experience with the starter in the restaurant. Comfortable clean quiet hotel. Great location. Staff friendly. Breakfast adequate. Very expensive, had premier plus
"An OK experience but not cheap ay nearly a thousand for 5 nights"
Standard room is small but functional. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great, literally across the road from the station. The standard WIFI is terrible even for e-mails and basic browsing and a money grab to charge for a better WIFI experience. At 5ft 8 iIwas surprised by the step out of the bath to the floor. The drop height made stepping out of the bath/shower a precarious maneuver. Be aware.
