"Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, comfy room"
Can‘t beat the location - direct opposite Paddington main station and Elizabeth line, stepfree access from platform to street level. Busses and tube lines to many places.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice quiet room facing westwards, clean with many possibilities to hang your coat, bags, utilities.
Will stay again, but choise a Premier Plus Room as they have a fridge and coffee machine

"Excellent sound proofing and value for money"
Excellent sound proofing from 5th floor, comfortable, quiet, sound proofed from road noise, hot milk and cold milk (for drinks in room) from guy behind bar on ground floor. Reception guy had a very thick accent we couldn’t understand very well. Other guests told us we needed to use our room card to get into the lift/stairs area and into the 5th floor corridor. Great security. Bar very nice decor but guy serving almost didn’t make me my chosen mocktail as he didn’t seem keen to make that drink so another bar tender made it. He was also twice reluctant to pour us cold milk to use for tea in our room. No problem for other staff. I had difficulty working the shower taps, I wasn’t the only one as someone had previously overturned them. Reported the taps to reception. Good eateries at Little Venice and along canal side within short walking distance and Hyde Park.

"Comfortable and very helpful friendly staff."
Location was excellent so close to Paddington station and access to the underground. I had a room with a window which overlooked a courtyard. I wasn't aware though that the rooms are underground. The room was lovely had everything I needed for my stay, only one issue what happened to the air con through the night? As it appeared to be off the room did get a bit warm. My room was really quiet I didn't hear a thing. Yes had a lovely sleep ,only one problem I am on the short side and it was a challenge to get into bed , the bed was really comfortable though. I think however that the bed could be a little snug for two people but was perfect for me. It helped me unwind after a busy time. Love the fact you could dim the lights if needed, the shower was lovely and hot, love the fact that it was so quiet. The night lights were great when major lights went out as it would have been too dark. The night lights made it nice and gentle. The shower was perfect. My room was very clean on arrival. The room was bigger than I expected so that was nice, didn't feel claustrophobic. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed. The staff I met were most helpful and friendly. My key wouldn't let me in at first so had to go back to reception and the young gentleman came back down with me even took my suitcase from me and made sure I could get in and it was fine, told me to relax as I looked tired, He was so right I was. I was new to the check in procedure as usually spoke to a person, got a bit stuck but help was always on hand. The self check in is great, it was just that I was so tired that I got a little confused. The hotel looks nice and modern.

"Fantastic Location and Staff, But the Shower Was an Adventure"
We recently stayed here during our visit to London, and overall, we had a great experience. The location is hard to beat—it's literally across the street from Paddington Station, making it incredibly convenient for trains, the Tube, and airport transfers. There were also plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance.
One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really made us feel at home.
The room itself was larger than I expected for London. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the large TV was a nice bonus after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated that you had to swipe your room key at multiple points to access the guest room floors, which made us feel very safe.
A few things surprised us, though. The room had a desk and an open-style wardrobe, but there were no drawers for clothing storage and no luggage rack. There was also no mini fridge, microwave, or in-room safe. As travelers from the U.S., these are amenities we're accustomed to, although they may be less common in London hotels.
My biggest complaint was the shower/tub combination. The tub is extremely high and very slippery. Thankfully, the front desk provided a rubber bath mat, which helped, but getting in and out still felt like an Olympic event. The grab bars were absolutely necessary, and anyone with mobility concerns should be aware that this setup could be challenging.
Despite those issues, the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff would make me consider staying here again.

"Good value for money"
Great location and price for exploring London. Efficient rooms and service exactly what you’d expect from a premier in. Rooms on the small side for family of 4 but they work. Only negative was the air on which was turned off or down during the night which made the room extremely stuffy with 4 people during a heatwave.
