London New Southgate hotel

Stayed here over the weekend with my family the staff were amazing and attentive.. the room was spot on clean and tidy and the hotel is conveniently located to the local amenities.

There is Really good experience and Nice hospitality. There is clean room. We can plan to come back here. It was warm Welcome by BiBi.

The hotel staff in this hotel are absolutely amazing ! Very friendly and very cooperative with guests Shoutout to Alexandra, Bibi, Russ and Sam, especially the manager of the hotel Kelly Loan.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn. Sayuri and Masha gave us amazing customer service – they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our visit extra special. The food was really tasty, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our family feel at home!

Used this hotel for the first time whilst working in the London area, the hotel was very easy to locate just off a major carriageway to London with Buses passing regularly, the hotel looks good from the outside and parking was easy to access behind the hotel, the parking is in a protected car lot, well lit and safe, secure, also at a good price ( £8 for 24 hours in London is cheap ). Arrival was swift, although the electronic booking in system wasnt working properly, so booked in by hand, the room was accessed via a lift, the room was clean, comfortable with good facilities, although positioned on a main carriageway into London the room noise was minimal. The bed was comfy, bathroom clean, WiFi worked well. I ate an evening meal in the hotel restaraunt (Thyme) I chose the meal deal which I found was a good deal for evening meal and brekky, service was great, portion size was large, food quality was good. Breakfast on the following day was also good quality, self served again with staff available who were good, friendly and helpful. Overall I felt that this was a good find, a decent priced hotel for the area I was working in, Will definitely use again.
