Amazing Rooms very clean and the staff very attentive

The staff, particularly Amina were excellent, pleasant and helpful. However the air conditioning throughout the hotel was not working and the room was stiflingly hot and sleep with a noisy fan pushing hot air around the room was impossible. The restaurant with no air conditioning was uncomfortable and I feel that the pre paid evening meal and breakfast was wasted due to heat. There was a further problem with boiled water for tea- the coffee machine was working-and staff were filling a kettle and leaving hot water on the side as a replacement. This was not safe for children, and was an inconvenience. If you are staying during summer months, check the air con situation before booking into the restaurant. The hotel itself is in good condition and the staff made the stay bearable.

This is my favourite Premiere Inn, the location is so good and very close to Arnos Grove station, the staff are very polite and helpful, special thanks for the ladies at reception Solina & Karen they do an amazing job. We will definitely be returning.

Extremly hot Premier Inn, air conditioning just does not work. The receptionist was lovely and kindly gave me 3 rooms to loom at. None had woeking air con. We eventually gave up and she gave me 2 large fans!
