"Great stay, nice staff"

We recently stayed at Premier Inn hotel and had a wonderful experience. Everything was welcoming, comfortable beds, great location, and reasonable prices. The staff were nice and friendly and seemed to clearly care about the guests’ experience. Especially, Sonila, always greeting with a smile and a willingness to help, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I had a great experience at this particular branch. The food is great I especially love the raviolis that’s part of their new menu, the place was very clean and the staff is extremely accommodating, in particular Sonila was fantastic she was super friendly always checked if everything is fine and very helpful with everything. An absolute star and a true asset, she was great! Thank you premier inn New Southgate

Went for dinner and was surprised with how nice the restaurant was. Marii served us and was very attentive. Got out orders right and checked back on my steak. Thanks a lot will definately return

"Standard Premier Inn but watch that parking!"

Standard Premier Inn. New chef so food took an hour to arrive. Staff friendly when you get to know them and kindly offered me a comp wine whilst I waited. Quality of food was really good actually. Thanks to a reviewer called Steven G I have successful appealed against my parking fine. He recommended taking a photo of the bay your car is parked in, along with a copy of your receipt. I had parked in one of the H1-H60 spots as the signs advise, but had been fined. It would have been harder to argue had I not taken a photo of the vehicle in the parking spot as this CLEARLY showed which bay I had parked in.
