"Fair value but avoid the breakfast."
Our superior room was quite small we thought it badly designed quite limited space for clothes a small chest of drawers would have been nice there is room for this. Bathroom was very good large walk in shower. The room was cleaned and tidied very well although the tea coffee items were not topped up I had to go to reception each evening to get these items. The really bad part was the breakfast constantly empty hot trays poor selection of breads and fruit definitely not enough staff working guests were waiting to be seated not a good experience. I would say the hotel is fairly good value and has a great location but avoid the breakfast unless you have kids there are plenty of places nearby that offer a much better service at a similar price to hotel.
"Wouldn't recommend for longer than 1or2 nights"
Room clean but very small don't stay any longer than 2 nights as there is the smallest wardrobe with 6 hangers for 2 people ,no where to put your smalls, windows are sealed which are tiny anyway air-conditioning no lower than 19 on the hottest weekend in London. No fridge or mini fridge had to wait 35 minutes to get a shower mat as the shower got extremely slippy,Have stayed in Leicester Square in other hotels which are much better value for money
"Pleasant stay"
Pleasant stay for one night. Staff helpful enough. Our room was a little on the cramped side although the ones our kids stayed in was a bit more spacious. WiFi was shocking but not the end of the world.
"Great Location"
Great hotel. Brilliant location for the theatre district and shopping. Would definitely use it again. Good value for location!
"I'd stay again, I think"
Not the best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in and for the price i would have wanted more (busy time, peak prices despite booking early) but would I stay there again? Yes. Check in was super fast and efficient. Location was great and the rooms were very well sound proofed from the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square and the Chinese Village, I had forgotten that I had booked an evening meal for both nights, a reminder of board basis at check in would have been appreciated. The rooms were damp as the windows didn't open - air con needs to be on 24/7, not just when the room is occupied. The rooms and hotel were very clean however. The vegan sausages were awful (cooked too quick from frozen I think) and there was no one available in the kitchen to ask if the hash browns and mushrooms were vegan. The one and only coffee machine was broken on the second morning with no alternatives offered. All in all an ok stay - it did what it needed to, worth upgrading to the plus rooms if you can afford it.
