"Good location in london"
Done what it said on the tin, good spot for our short trip...only used it to sleep and have breakfast. I would use it again.
"Dane, Jackie & Luna are superstars! Great hotel!"
This hotel is absolutely superb. The location doesn’t get any better than this! Right in the thick of it it’s the perfect place to stay. Special mentions to Luna and Jackie - I arrived with all my event collateral and as a girl struggling with all my bags they rushed to my aid and helped me get checked in- they were so kind to me. Then, I couldn’t sleep in the evening, I sleep with a fan on at home due to sensory issues I have, and I went to reception and saw Dane who gave me his own fan!! The one he was using - such a gentleman. Other than the standout staff, the rooms were excellent and the exact standard you expect at premier inn- comfy beds, clean white sheets, clean room and tea and coffee. 100% recommend this place - 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"Perfect location for theatre district"
Great location near metro and theaters. Easy to get around. My room was very small and didn't offer any place to set luggage and therefore it remained on the floor. Very comfortable bed and the staff was friendly. Main area carpets appear to have stains which gives a bad impression and feeling of uncleaniness. Good budget-friendly option to tour London.
"Great value hotel with AC and great location off Leicester Square"
Extremely quiet, comfortable hotel right off Leicester Sqaure. Given the noise and chaotic action in the square I was extremely surprised happily to find a completely quiet hotel room with AC, room darkening curtains and soft sheets and nice towels. The pillows are hard for my taste. The room felt clean, but all of the carpets in the common areas were not clean. Great location for getting around all parts of London. Good value for the money given the AC and good location.
"Absolutely fantastic hotel, premier plus room deserves 5 stars"
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and having previously stayed in London at 4- and 5- star hotels, honestly this one impressed us the most. Usually when travelling we choose hotels with higher star ratings, which is why we had some hesitation about this hotel's lower star rating of 3 stars. But for no reason! The room is SO quiet, which is hard to believe given the very central location in the middle of Leicester Square. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and couldn't hear any noise from the bars or the street below. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The minibar actually kept our drinks and food properly cold, which even the nearby 4 star hotel Thistle couldn't get right during our last year's visit, despite mentioning it to their reception. The entrance is located on a side street, making it easy getting in by avoiding the crowds. There's a 24-hour reception, and for added security you only get in with your keycard after 7pm. The bed was big and comfortable, but quite tall. There's also a TV, kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer, and even an ironing board! The value for money was unbeatable, and when we return to London, we will definitely be choosing this hotel again.
