"Premier Inn Kingston - Needed a room to stay overnight, last minute.com - Won't use this Hotel again"
Very tired hotel, awkward to find both the hotel and the designated car park. Arrived after 8:00pm and had trouble getting up to the first floor where reception was due to the lift not working properly. Stayed in a Premier Plus Room which was nice and big but the decor and the furniture was flaking in places. Could not open any windows. Hair dryer worked Intermittently, Ironing board cover drawstring was broken which meant the cover kept slipping off. Breakfast was a big disappointment, came down around 8:15, hardly anything left. What was left was not the best quality. Have stayed in other Premier Inns in other parts of the country and have generally had a goof experience. Not this time.
"How To Get In And Out Of The Place."
We booked to stay here so we could stay over following the Womens Rugby World Cup Final. It is very convenient to an NCP where we parked, a McDonalds where we had breakfast and the bus stop that has a bus that goes to Twickenham. The first obvious issue are the lifts and the entry system. Very confusing and potentially very dangerous in the event of a fire. Our room was typical "Premier Inn" - comfy bed etc. There was a problem with the sink in the bathroom because the water took an age to disperse so why didn't the staff who make up the room notice this and alert maintenance? It was a shared room that cost £200 including breakfast which was very good but was it worth the money? Whether there was an capitalising on the date due to the rugby I don't know but it needs to get its access situation working a lot better.
"Good and bad"
Room was clean and comfortable as expected. Issues with breakfast as they don't seem aware that soya is a big allergen and intolerance as well as dairy so there was no suitable milk to have with cereals and no suitable non dairy yogurt which made the continental breakfast poor value and unappetizing as had to have black coffee and just toast, spread and marmalade. Having oat milk available would avoid this ( I did ask and was advised that they only gave cow or soy milk). Also the fruit was not replenished whist we were in restaurant so couldn't have that. Rather poor value for the breakfast all in all.
"Very disapointing Premier Inn that does not enhance the brand"
A very disappointing Premier Inn. Very different appearance to that shown on line. The room was acceptable although in need of refurbishment along with the entire hotel. There were inadequate numbers of staff at most times although those who were there were friendly and tried to help at all times. The accuracy of meal delivery and speed of delivery were both both for breakfast anfd evening meals. The asociated car park is lethal to tyres and alloys due to narrowness of ramps and very low ceilings at most levels
"Good place to stay at kingston"
Good location close to central area. No worries about food and eat. Confort bed and strong shower. Big room that you can open your large suit case without problem.
