"Great location, lovely staff, nice and clean"
I've stayed here twice now - love the Premier Plus rooms and have stayed once in these when I needed a fridge, otherwise had an ordinary room. Lovely and clean and really lovely receptionists. Friendly and really helpful. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the station and a few minutes into Town. Would definitely stay again
"Good breakfast , cozy rooms nice staff"
We have a nice stay i premier in hotel in Kingston. A nice place to spend a lovely holiday . People in the hotel are nice and helpful . A big thank you goes to ioana for her help and being nice
"A good budget stay"
The room was very clean, functional and comfortable. It was very hot weather during the stay, so the cool room was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The reason for the average rating was I felt the food could have been of a higher standard. It was edible but the food off the hot plate at breakfast was just warm, it could have been hotter. That said the room was sufficient for my needs and I would stay there again.
"over priced and under whelming"
Extremely poor experience - room not serviced at all. Premium room small and hot - no replacement towels no replenishment of coffee or tea. Confused messaging from staff very over priced due to the fact the hotel was busy very underwhelming
"Overpriced and poor service"
I stayed there on a Monday night and it was really overpriced at £144 + breakfast charges. We had to check in late as we couldn't find the car park nearby in the dark - the instructions are poor. We arrived about 10.35pm and couldn't get in at first. Then the lift was out of service and we had a lot of floors to climb up the stairs. The guy at the reception mumbled at us and was really rude. Barely responded to anything we said. We found our room and it was ok but they had only provided one set of towels and the aircon on the wall was all cracked and so didn't work properly all night. We had an awful night sleep (the new mattress toppers seem to generate a lot of heat in the body). Breakfast was what you expect but they have no alternative milks (literally just semi-skimmed cow milk) and there were a few tables around us complaining about their food and drink. It was also understaffed. Great location in the town but we had to walk through a large group of drunk fighting men to get into the building and it was quite intimidating.
