"over priced and under whelming"
Extremely poor experience - room not serviced at all. Premium room small and hot - no replacement towels no replenishment of coffee or tea. Confused messaging from staff very over priced due to the fact the hotel was busy very underwhelming
"Overpriced and poor service"
I stayed there on a Monday night and it was really overpriced at £144 + breakfast charges. We had to check in late as we couldn't find the car park nearby in the dark - the instructions are poor. We arrived about 10.35pm and couldn't get in at first. Then the lift was out of service and we had a lot of floors to climb up the stairs. The guy at the reception mumbled at us and was really rude. Barely responded to anything we said. We found our room and it was ok but they had only provided one set of towels and the aircon on the wall was all cracked and so didn't work properly all night. We had an awful night sleep (the new mattress toppers seem to generate a lot of heat in the body). Breakfast was what you expect but they have no alternative milks (literally just semi-skimmed cow milk) and there were a few tables around us complaining about their food and drink. It was also understaffed. Great location in the town but we had to walk through a large group of drunk fighting men to get into the building and it was quite intimidating.
"Prem @ Kingston upon Thames"
The hotel was ok Bedroom nice and clean Some lifts out of order Check in system not working Little understaffed, however, the staff were very helpful Bedroom too warm for my liking as the cooler only goes to 19^C
"Very very enjoyable stay, highly recommend"
Can’t praise this Premier Inn highly enough. Comfort, cleanliness excellent, the staff in the restaurant very welcoming and the food was beautiful. When you’ve spent your day walking around Hampton Court and Kingston it was a pleasure to relax in the evening with a lovely meal and friendly people. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to in the future.
"Nice Hotel with flaws."
Room was spacious with a nice view and clean. The bathroom was clean and worked properly. The bed wasn't made correctly on the first night and I had to remake it, waking up tangled as they hadn't put the matress protector on correctly and it came off under the bottom sheet. The food at breakfast was horrible. Cold, rubbery and milky. When I got the much vaunted Vege option (after trying to find someone and waiting 7 minutes odd as there was only meat on display) it was horrid. There was plenty of room though. It's nice and close to the station. Would I stay again? Absolutely but I wouldn't, EVER have their breakfast again. Next time I'll get some pastries from the Aldi's below it. The staff were very good though, and kudos to them. The check in was nice and quick and there was plenty of extra coffee, milk and tea in the reception to take if needed. Also 2 vending machines.
