"Great location, very central but still quiet"
Great location, room very comfy, quiet too. Beds very comfortable as advertised!! Staff friendly. Only negative was the shower inside the bath which was really hard to get into safely. Very high sided, slippery and nothing to hold on to. Bath mats should be provided as standard. Would stay again because overall a good experience!
"Premier Inn excellence at it's best"
A great location for visiting the attractions of West London with Kew, Richmond and Hampton Court both by public transport or your own car. A very short walk from the railway station and extremely well located for all of the local restaurants, shops and nightlife. With Central London only a short railway journey away this hotel could also be a base for a longer stay. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who put themselves out to make our stay just that little bit more special.
"OK for a couple of nights."
Much as you expect a Premier Inn to be. Big shout out, however, for Andrea - a delightful young lady, friendly and attentive. Dinner for two (grilled fish and chips and smothered chicken) quite tasty. Good breakfasts.
"Great location, lovely staff, nice and clean"
I've stayed here twice now - love the Premier Plus rooms and have stayed once in these when I needed a fridge, otherwise had an ordinary room. Lovely and clean and really lovely receptionists. Friendly and really helpful. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the station and a few minutes into Town. Would definitely stay again
