The staff at the hotel during my stay were fantastic, any issues or requests were fulfilled immediately and with a smile, very professional, helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again, I could not recommend more highly. Ian Mc

Great location for a walk to Kew gardens, parking underneath hotel for ease and discounted with voucher from the hotel at check in. Great room which exceeded expectation, comfortable and spotlessly clean, fridge with water in on arrival and a coffee machine as well as complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Usual buffet breakfast offering with a good selection. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.
"Boiling hot room"
Negatives: The air conditioning in the room was very poor, and it was hard to sleep in the heat. The person on reception suggested that we leave one key in the electric slot even when we were out to avoid the room getting hotter. This didn’t help much. I guess this is an issue you already know about but haven’t bothered fixing. When we checked out, one lift wasn’t working and the cleaning staff were using the other. In the end we had to carry our luggage and pushchair down the stairs to get out. Parking was also very expensive. Positives: The location of the hotel is fine, and the room was a good size. The room was clean.
"Gallivanting and gardens"
Everyone loves a buffet breakfast and this is a good quality, good value one. Only a small amount of each hot item was on offer so that everything was hot and fresh, not that dried out bacon that's been sat there for ages. The chef continually popped out to see what needed topping up. The staff can't do enough for you, he saw me waiting for my toast and asked if I wanted anything making. The fruit juice is always lovely and cold and refreshing. David the manager is a great friendly guy, he was greeting and joking with everyone. Beds are comfy and rooms have free air conditioning which is a great bonus! Continuing the helpful theme the staff looked after our bags for us after we'd checked out so we could get an extra day out of our stay. Thoroughly recommended
"Friendly"
David and his staff were very attentive and friendly, we stayed for four nights with a great selection for breakfast, we had an evening meal on two nights both very tasty .We have been visiting this premier inn for the last seven years ,only a short walk away from kew bridge station and close to Kew gardens for anyone visiting there ,local transport is easily accessible ,I would highly recommend this premier inn to anyone visiting the area .
