"Gallivanting and gardens"
Everyone loves a buffet breakfast and this is a good quality, good value one. Only a small amount of each hot item was on offer so that everything was hot and fresh, not that dried out bacon that's been sat there for ages. The chef continually popped out to see what needed topping up. The staff can't do enough for you, he saw me waiting for my toast and asked if I wanted anything making. The fruit juice is always lovely and cold and refreshing. David the manager is a great friendly guy, he was greeting and joking with everyone. Beds are comfy and rooms have free air conditioning which is a great bonus! Continuing the helpful theme the staff looked after our bags for us after we'd checked out so we could get an extra day out of our stay. Thoroughly recommended
"Friendly"
David and his staff were very attentive and friendly, we stayed for four nights with a great selection for breakfast, we had an evening meal on two nights both very tasty .We have been visiting this premier inn for the last seven years ,only a short walk away from kew bridge station and close to Kew gardens for anyone visiting there ,local transport is easily accessible ,I would highly recommend this premier inn to anyone visiting the area .
"Poor experience"
Location was good, Decor a little tired, only one lift working and it was never cleaned during our stay. Major problem was the high temperature of our room. Air conditioner not working and management tried a reset but unable to help further. Room was so unbearably hot we could not sleep for two nights and as a result left a day early. Parking on site quite expensive and very narrow spaces but ok. Not easy to get hold of front desk staff. Disappointing overall.
"Staff friendly and helpful, hotel dated and feels overpriced."
Hotel booked to be a staging post to drop daughter to Heathrow on her first big faraway trip and a day out at Kew Gardens. Well positioned for both. Our room was a Premier Plus room. So a few extras over and above a standard room but I don’t think it’s worth it and will not book again. The Premier Plus rooms are on the top floor and like other rooms at the hotel have air conditioning units. Our stay was during a hot spell at the end of June 2025 but the air conditioning unit was wholly inadequate, not helped by Premier Inn locking the lowest temperature to 19 degrees centigrade; the room never got anywhere that cool during our stay. This is really disappointing because this one detail is likely to put us off Premier Inns in the future. Food offering was the usual Premier Inn offering. Staff in the restaurant were helpful when dealing with a food allergy.
"Excellent stay"
Excellent premier plus room for a one night stay. - Easy check in - The room was very clean - We slept well with minimal traffic noise (very good for London). - The air conditioning kept us cool in the heatwave! - Plenty of parking in underground car park
