London Kew Bridge hotel

Convenient for Kew Gardens and Richmond as bus stops very close to hotel. As per other reviews the aircon is shocking. Switched on when arrived and made so much noise turned it off. Tried again after a day out and stuck at 19 so made a stuffy and warm room even worse. Hairdryer issues seem to be the same as other premier inns, intermittent power as flex is so tight the connection to the plug doesn't work. On the plus side 😊 a quiet location, friendly staff, comfy bed and fab hot breakfast.

Very family friendly, clean, quiet and good service. Will be back when visiting family in the area. Reception and breakfast staff - especially Jesvil - were fab

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Brentford with my family, and unfortunately the experience got off to a very poor start. We checked in at 23:34, later than planned due to motorway traffic and lane closures. By the time we reached our room (around 23:40), within just 2–3 minutes there was a loud knock on the door from a night porter warning us to be quiet, stating that there had already been complaints about noise. This was both surprising and frustrating, as we had literally just arrived and were being as quiet as possible. The only noise we could have made was walking from the lift to the room while pulling a suitcase. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I went down to reception to question how a complaint could have been made so quickly. The following day, I spoke with the manager about the incident. He acknowledged that it is not protocol to knock on guests’ doors after 11pm in this manner and said he would address it with the night staff. However, the overall experience left us feeling very uncomfortable and on edge for the rest of our stay — almost as though we had been pre-warned simply for being a family with children in a family room. This is a terrible way to begin any hotel stay. Had we actually been making excessive noise, I would understand the intervention, but to be confronted immediately after check-in was completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, the manager was not present the following day after saying he would review the situation, which added to the feeling of poor customer service and lack of follow-through. Overall, this felt like a dismissive experience rather than a welcoming one. The hotel itself could also benefit from refurbishment, and there are better options available in the area. I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

Fine stay, very straight forward premier inn. The floor was strangly bouncy and made he dizzy and the whole place is in need of a refresh. But peaceful and really well situated close to transport links. Food was fine and standard premier inn fair.

Great convenient location for exploring central London and getting to Richmond / Twickenham. Good public transport links. Comfortable and clean room.
