"Half term museum & theatre break"
Just returned from a two night stay in London with my son. This hotel was a perfect location for exploring the Natural History & Science museums - an easy 20 minute walk away. It's also conveniently located for access to Earls Court underground station where we used the Piccadilly Line to easily access the west end and return to Kings Cross for our return journey home.
The hotel was great in terms of cleanliness and service. All staff were friendly, helpful and always on hand. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Our room was spacious and the air conditioning was very welcome in this recent heat wave. We also made use of the free left luggage facility on our final day. I would definitely return to this hotel as a London base.

"Bed experience"
We came to reception approximately 3:30 to check in and there was a queue,only one person was doing check in,so we approached the 2 person who was free on deck .he was busy rolling his cigarettes, how ever he checked us in.we left and when we where going g out.we didn't se the sign which says pls press the button to open the door my colleague pull the door.the same person in a black shirt came aggressively and said u need to press the button don't put the door it will break

"Not up to the Premier Inn standard I expected — won't return"
I booked with confidence based on positive experiences at other Premier Inns, but this property fell well short of that standard.
The positives: Check-in and check-out via the self-service machine was smooth and easy, and the bedding was clean and comfortable.
The negatives, however, outweighed these considerably. The room felt drab and in need of refurbishment — as did the bathroom. Neither had the feel of a well-maintained Premier Inn.
The restaurant area was the bigger disappointment. Tables were sticky, chairs worn and dirty, and the space had no atmosphere whatsoever — no music, no other guests, and notably the same lone member of staff covering both reception and serving duties. We had booked a meal deal, but after sitting down and spotting dead flies on the windowsill, we lost our appetite entirely and had hygiene concerns we couldn't shake. We left and ate elsewhere, and cancelled our included breakfast the following morning rather than return.
A real shame, as the concept is right — but the execution and upkeep let it down badly. I won't be booking this location again.

"A great Premier Inn to stay at"
An excellent experience. Stayed here for 2 nights and from the moment we arrived to checkout, we had the most friendliest staff assisting us. The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The food, at both breakfast & dinner was delicious. A great deal. When in London next time, will definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience. There were to 2 guys who were very helpful Vincy and Eli.
