"Weekend away."
Hotel nice. Basic WiFi poor Expensive but that’s London for you. Staff friendly. Did what we needed for the trip. Breakfast could have more choice.

Standard room and hotel,room I had was in basement,not great view and really small but did the job for one night,at least away from busy road.Stone away from Earls Court metro station.Standard restaurant in hotel,and close to Paddington.

My stay at this Premier Inn -this one has a wonderful staff and are very polite and friendly - very organised and no hassle - seems a quite hotel and the location is good for Olympia itself for business - breakfast is good and close to restaurants.

The website for some reason doesn't mention that it is under renovation. The public areas are in dire need of repair/ renovation. Tables in the dining room are wobbly & several are chipped & worn down to the bare wood . Some of the lounge chairs in the reception area are cracked & cushions are worn through. Overall, condition of this Premier Inn is poor compared to our previous 5 stays at other PIs.
"Family friendly"
Really great stay at this premier inn, it’s not like the usual ones- very quirky. All of the team we encountered were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much! Hotel was clean, a bit worn but overall a lovely little find. Stayed with my family and they left a little treat in the room for all of us- thank you for a wonderful stay!
