"Wonderful Long Stay Thanks to Amazing Staff, Clean Rooms and Great Food – Minor Furniture Issues."
We stayed at the Premiere inn hotel, London Kensington (Olympia) from 19th February 2026 until 14th April 2026, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. Great location very close to museums, parks & Central London.
On our first night, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed breakfast on few occasions as it was included in our booking; it was always well-presented and satisfying.
During our stay, we were accommodated in four different rooms. All of them were clean, well-maintained, and nicely presented, with a modern feel and sufficient toiletries provided, which made the stay comfortable throughout.
I do have one area of concern, and it is not related to the staff. The furniture in the main reception area and the primary breakfast seating section was extremely worn and unclean, which made it quite unpleasant. Interestingly, another section of the restaurant was very well presented and inviting, so the contrast was noticeable. I believe the hotel management should consider investing in upgrading the furniture in the main reception and breakfast area to match the overall standard of the rest of the hotel.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Elli, in particular, went above and beyond from the beginning to the end of our stay. As we were staying in temporary accommodation while our flat was being renovated, Elli showed great understanding of our situation and made every effort to ensure we didn’t have to move between hotels. He managed our bookings in a way that allowed us to remain in the same hotel throughout, which we deeply appreciated.
All the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, but Elli and Vincy stood out for making us feel especially welcome and comfortable. Elli you are truly an asset to the hospitality industry. It was lovely to see how kindly and professionally you treated every guest who came through reception.
Overall, despite the issue with the furniture in certain areas, our stay was very pleasant, and the excellent service from the team made a lasting impression.
Thanks

"Very average"
I stayed here many years ago and thought both the location and hotel excellent. I was very disappointed this visit. The hotel is dated which is ok but the dining area left a lot to be desired. Tables were balanced with really grubby serviettes abd tables sticky and as a result off putting. Sufficient to say I ate very little at breakfast. This hotel has such potential but I won't be returning

"3 night's stay"
Location location location. Curb appeal. Convenient. Big Tesco just down the road. Also Sainsbury local and M&S food court near tube station. 5 min walk to underground station (Earl's Court). Hotel situated on a very busy road, however, there was no traffic noise in my room (115). Rooms had squeky floorboards🤭. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in shower. Wifi worked well. The full breakfast kept me going til way past lunchtime! All in all the hotel served my purpose well.

"Not the best"
Not the usual experience which you become a custom too when staying at a prem inn. Normally you get great value for money but sadly not with my recent stay.
The room which we received was very very small, I’d class as single room with a small double bed. The bed itself felt so small in comparison to the normal standard , clearly not been updated in many years also. I asked to change room and was told “NO not possible “.
The bed itself was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in , I could feel the base of the bed through the mattress ( how this has even passed as a bed mattress I have no idea ) it was 100% ready for the bin, enquired at the front desk and hit a shrug of shoulders .
Sorry guys but really poor , I’m not one for making mountains from molehills , but this left a sour taste. Having stayed all across the country in prem inns this was by far the worst experience !!
