"stay was great at Earls Court"
Not the first time we've stayed at Earls Court and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly, extremely helpful and polite. Lovely to see Dawn again, who always goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. Always professional and her advice is always well received. Excellent location, near to underground and easy to get to the West End and London sights. Food excellent at the hotel but there are local restaurants. Walking distance to shops and places of interest ie The V & A, natural History Museum and Harrods. Also there's A lovely Catholic Church not far from the V&A. From the Earls Court we moved on to two other Premiers, Wembley and then Euston. Wembley was ok but Euston (only good for 1 night and its location for station) was a great disappointment compared to Earls Court. Earls Court comes highly recommended, hopefully we'll return in 2026.
"Awful staff and a tatty hotel"
I use premier inn when I need a cheap but reliably comfortable stay. This is the worst premier inn I’ve ever been to to the extent I shall not use them again. It’s a tatty place outside and in. My room, when I eventually got it, was miles away in a different building arrived at through a bridge that is like a maze to get through. The room itself was fine and the bed comfortable, but there was zero soundproofing. I could hear the room next door talking at normal volume. The worse thing about this place was the staff. On arrival the reception was empty. The self check in machines of course didn’t work (an awful concept - get rid of those). As the reception filled up with customers, eventually someone arrived. She looked cross at the interruption then just asked to see my reservation. She then walked off for 10 minutes without even looking at it. On arrival back there was no apology or even any words at all. She just handed a room card and carried on with being equally as rude to the next person. The restaurant was a similar story. The waiter could barely speak English and got the order confused with the wrong things arriving. On waiting at the bar to order the right drink, the staff ignored me and fellow customers for about 10 minutes whilst wandering past looking cross. In summary, a ratty hotel with staff who don’t care. An awful experience I shall not be repeating.
"Family Trip"
Thus is my 2nd visit to Premier Inn at Earls Court and always found it very good. It's so close to The V&A, Science and Natural History Museums too. A 15 min walk. It's clean and the staff are very helpful too.
"Great value for money"
Very friendly, polite and helpfull staff! Breakfast was nice, great value for money. The location is excellent, near the underground station. The neighboorhood has a nice local vibe and is quiet with many choices to eat at local pubs and restaurants as well as various shops.
"2 stars"
shabby bedrooms. dirty carpets. stained and worn furniture. badly needs a refurbisment. staff were generally pleasant and helpful. expensive.
