"Great location refurbishment needed"
The Hotel is a 5 minutes flat walk from Earls Court Station so is well positioned. Lots of eateries within an easy walk. We had booked a Premier Plus room which has air conditioning and when it worked it was fine as the windows do not open which does keep the noise from near by tube lines away. Unfortunately it stopped working the day before we left and they did not have anyone able to re set or repair it. Breakfast buffet was actually very good given that I am not a great fan of buffets as they are usually tepid at best and often not even that. The dining room needs refurbishment as the chairs were grubby and stained. With some refurbishment it would be worth more stars.
"Disappointed"
Comfy bed. Room was tired, bathroom was grotty, WiFi was usless, didn't want to pay an extra £5 per day for the fast one as the room cost a fortune anyway. Check in machines didn't work for most people, why can't we have a friendly human instead? Room was hot, air con was poor, there was an additional fan in the room but it was too noisy to sleep with it on. At £600 for 3 nights on a room only basis it is too expensive. Up north the same room would have been £390, the London premium is too much!
"Ok choice for position in London"
Set on a main road but traffic noise was not an issue during our visit . However the 7 30 am window cleaning was an unwelcome awakening. Air conditioning does work but not particularly quietly and is set at 19 deg for lowest temperature. A fan was available in the room too. The twin bedded room was a double and sofa bed. Staff were helpful with luggage storage on arrival. Bar prices are good for London.
"Below par for premier inn earls court"
The check in machines weren't workinh so had a long queue for check in. When we got to the premier plus room, despite being booked for 2 people there was only one set of towels and neither the hair dry nor the TV remote were working.
"Good Standard Premier Inn, well located"
Stayed just one night for an event in London. Hotel was "classic" familiar Premier Inn style. Room was well proportioned, clean, AC and shower etc all worked well. Staff were friendly and helped with luggage storage etc. Breakfast was plentiful and hotel was generally good all round. Excellent location too close to tube etc and overall reasonable for the price as we did book well in advance.
