"Family Trip"
Thus is my 2nd visit to Premier Inn at Earls Court and always found it very good. It's so close to The V&A, Science and Natural History Museums too. A 15 min walk. It's clean and the staff are very helpful too.
"Great value for money"
Very friendly, polite and helpfull staff! Breakfast was nice, great value for money. The location is excellent, near the underground station. The neighboorhood has a nice local vibe and is quiet with many choices to eat at local pubs and restaurants as well as various shops.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Premier Inn Kensington. We found our room to be beautifully clean upon arrival and the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. We loved the option of not having our room cleaned unless we asked for it. We had no need to waste the cleaning staffs' time and we're glad to keep it tidy ourselves as plenty of towels had been provided and we could collect more tea/coffee/milk sachets from reception without having to ask - easy. It was extremely busy in the mornings at breakfast, and the restaurant staff worked tirelessly to ensure all customers had enough of everything. If something ran out, you only had to ask and they sorted it immediately. We hardly had to wait to be seated despite it being super busy. We felt the staff were brilliant. We could not fault our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Great location for accessing the museums and also hopping on the tube at Earls Court. Thank you for making our holiday a great one Premier Inn.
"Great location and staff"
Visiting London in the peak of summer is obviously an expensive habit, but I find Premier Inn to be affordable and comfortable. Even in Earls Court, which is a great location for getting out and about in London, close to buses and tube, managed to be in budget for our trip. Obviously this building is old and the layout is a bit kookey, but the rooms and beds were comfortable and warm and quiet. Breakfast is always great at Premier Inn and I found the staff here, especially the breakfast crew, were really friendly, courteous and attentive. Really great experience. Would stay again and recommend. Lots of facilities near the hotel for shopping, eating and drinking. Easy access to everything you need for your stay but also for your day trips around London.
