"Great location, great night's sleep, read if you want to check in early!"
This hotel was a popular choice for people attending the BST Hyde Park event. The location is great and a good base to visit London. Check in was busy. I tried to take advantage of the early check in offer, but despite all the emails I had received from Premier inn prior to my arrival stating it was first come first served, other guests had infact pre-booked, so although I had arrived early, I was unable to check in. The rooms were the usual standard. Clean and comfortable. We slept really well. We had breakfast the following morning. The food was tasty and the offerings exactly as I expected. The staff seemed under pressure as there were lots of dirty tables and mess at the entrance of the restaurant which unfortunately was where we sat. Overall we had a good experience.
"Value for money"
Very good location with the Earl's Court station and some restaurants nearby. No shopping. Easy access to other sightseeing sites in London. Cold drinking water was provided at the lobby which was much appreciated. Self-check in via machine was tricky as qr code didn't work and had to enter reference code manually. Room was quiet and big but dated. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. Shower head was spoiled abd kept turning to a certain angle. Overall it's a good stay for the price we paid. London can be expensive so yeah...
"Good value hotel in West London. Recommended!"
This hotel is a good value for the money and way better than the average small hotels you find in London. Location is very good if you plan to stay in West London, one block from Earl's Court tube station. Online reservation is simple, quick and precise. Hotel is clean and the rooms are larger than the average for London standards. The hotel team is friendly and polite and genuinely tried to help us in our needs. Breakfast is good enough, with a typical (simple) English Breakfast. We has a late night flight, hence was important for us to leave our bags in the hotel, walk the city and head to Heathrow later, which they gladly did for us.
"Sleeping on a cloud"
Room was ample in size, extremely clean and well air conditioned. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Staff friendly, bar convenient, and breakfast was decent.
"It was alright….."
You know what you’re getting with a Premier Inn and normally you pay for an ok experience and that’s what you get. This time my room was dull and dingy and the bathroom, albeit clean, needed more soaps and shampoos.
